In memory of
Ronald Wayne Gray, 73, of Greeley, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2016. Ron Was born August 10, 1943 in Osceola, IA, to Wanda (Chumbley) and Robert P. Gray. He married Rose Onorato in Greeley on May 18, 1968. She was the love of his life. Ron lived in Osceola until his senior year in high school when his family moved to Loveland, CO. He finished his senior year at Loveland High. Ron served in the Army from 1961-1964 and was stationed in Nuremberg, Germany. Ron worked for Mountain Bell as a lineman and later on he worked as a computer technician for AT&T. After retiring from AT&T he started his own trucking company. Ron loved his family and enjoyed camping, fishing, and having a cold beer in the backyard. He worked many crossword puzzles and spent enjoyable hours playing cribbage with his family. Ron is survived by his wife, Rose; sons, Tim (Sarah) and Billy; beloved daughter Jennifer; brothers Robert, Roger, and Randy; and grandsons Jacob and Seth. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister. Services will be held graveside at Linn Grove Cemetery at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 19, 2016. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 702 13th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
