Robert L. Doman
Doman, Robert L. Age 87, passed away in his sleep on September 9, 2016 after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He was born in Saxon, Wisconsin on May 6, 1929 to Mike and Helen (Gibowski) Doman. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Catherine. Robert was raised in Ironwood, Michigan and graduated from Luther L. Wright High School. He then served in the United States Air Force. Robert and Catherine were married in 1957. He graduated from Marquette University and served a long career as a CPA in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After retirement, they moved to Colorado where they enjoyed skiing, golfing, biking, hiking, and traveling the world. Robert was an avid Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Beloved father of Daphne (Jeff) Crossman, Ross Doman, and caring grandfather of Catherine, Christina, and Robert Crossman. He is survived by his brother Tom (Edrye) and was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael and Jimmy. Nieces, nephews, and cousins survive him. The family will be holding a private graveside service at Riverside Cemetery in Ironwood, Michigan.
