Online condolences may be made at www.hafemeisterfh.com . Robert Lawrence Breitenbach was born on October 18, 1953, in Milwaukee, the son of Robert S. and Janet (Nee Jaekels) Breitenbach. Bob had a huge love for cars; loved to ride them, loved to race them. His license plate read: IXLLR8 which stood for "I accelerate." I don't think police officers found it too funny though. He loved biking and anything remote control; boats, cars and planes and shared his passion with his son Preston. Bob was a people person and loved socializing. He was often the one talking at the dinner table while everyone else ate so of course he was the last one to finish his meal which was often cold. He had a passion for life, was very dedicated to his family and his job but his biggest passion was for our Lord. He read at church for many years and promised God he would spread His message to others. When he became ill, he never felt sorry for himself; always had a positive outlook on life and often put people ahead of himself. He frequently said that his suffering was so that others didn't have to. Now he doesn't have to. Bob is survived by his wife, Ann Breitenbach; son, Preston Breitenbach; mother, Janet Breitenbach; sisters, Suzy Salch and Lucy (Alan) Wichtoski as well as a niece, two nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father.
