In memory of
Quintin H. Reimert, 82, of Chadron, Nebraska (formerly of Breinigsville) passed away on December 2, 2016. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Harold Reimert and Hilda (Reimert) Gombert. Surviving are two sons, Don of Newport News, VA and wife Jennice, and Alan of Yellowstone National Park, WY, as well as three daughters, Debra Ray of Oskaloosa, IA, Audrey Talbert and husband Dana of Washta, IA, and Robin Burnham and husband Bruce of Kingsley, IA, eleven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Quintin was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean War. He spent most of his life working in farming, landscaping, and agriculture and loved nature and animals. He had a keen interest in and knowledge of Native American history, culture, and traditions. Survivors: He is also survived by brothers David of Allentown and Michael of Macungie; sister, Joan Kuhns of Allentown; half brothers, Kenneth Reimert of Germansville, Keith Reimert of Kutztown, Kevin Reimert of Kempton; half sisters Kathy Schlegel of Mertztown and Kim Reed of Kuhnsville, nieces and nephews. Quintin was predeceased by his brother Ronald, husband of sister-in-law Mary Ann Reimert of Schnecksville.
