In memory of
PETER S. FLINT
FLINT, Peter S. Age 70, of Orleans, MA and Lincoln, MA passed away on October 12, 2016 at his home with his family and Cooper by his side. A gentle man with a quiet voice that never spoke evil against anyone. He was the son of the late Lucie S. Flint and George B. Flint of Lincoln, MA. Peter was an artisan by trade and perfectionist with all that he touched. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and was determined to experience them on his own terms. Daily trips to Rock Harbor, the Hole in One and the Elks throughout the year were always on his agenda. He read constantly and his interests were in all subjects. A quote that he kept close to him was: "Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." A.A. Milne. He loved his family, home, and his special circle of friends. He is survived by Janet B. Flint, Peter Flint, Jr. (Monique), Craig B. Flint, Colton Flint, Philip and Pat Brescia, Amy Brescia, and several cousins. With his passing he has taken a piece of his family's heart with him forever. Please join us to celebrate Peter's spirit and love on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Rock Harbor, Orleans, then on to The Academy Grill, Orleans to toast a wonderful person. Also planned, a memorial service on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the First Parish Church in Lincoln (Stone Church) to share more memories. In memory of Peter Flint, donations can be made to: Davenport-Mugar Cancer Center, Attn: Medical Oncology Center, 27 Park Street, P.O. Box 640, Hyannis, MA 02601.
