Pearl S. Prueitt York On April 13, 2017, Pearl Sadler Prueitt, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed into God's loving arms. Mrs. Prueitt was the widow of David A. "Al" Prueitt. They were married almost 68 years. Pearl was born in Baxter, TN on December 20, 1922. She was one of eight children of the late William J. and Buna E. Sadler.  Pearl was preceded in death by all her siblings. Pearl spent most of her growing up years in Harriman, TN.  After their marriage, she and Al moved to Knoxville, TN and in 1965 moved to Mechanicsburg, PA.   Pearl was the mother of three children, Diane Prueitt Brown, wife of Michael, David J. Prueitt, husband of Sandra and Ralph E. Prueitt, husband of Cynthia. She was the devoted grandmother of six, Justin A. Baker, husband of Mariana, Sarah E. Williamson, wife of Mark, Alison E. Adamski, wife of Brian, Benjamin D. Prueitt, husband of Jessica, Cecelia Prueitt and Amelia J. McMillian, wife of Gregory. She was the doting great-grandmother of seven, Lily Williamson, Alexandra and Ryan Prueitt, Eva and Bennett Baker, Zora and Mira McMillian. Pearl and Al were very active in the antique and classic automobile world. They loved to travel and did so extensively.  Her dearest love and most important thing was her family.  Nana's house was the place to go for fun. She will be very dearly missed. Services for Pearl will take place on Friday, April 21, at St. Paul Wolf's ECC Church, 4501 Wolfs Church Road, York. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Burial will be private.
