Paula (Girman) Palmer
Paula Girman Palmer 1930 - 2017 Family is mourning the loss of Paula (Girman) Palmer who passed away March 18, 2017, in Royston, Ga., from complications related to Alzheimer's. She will be remembered for her smile, her kindness, and her great sense of humor. Paula was born in Kenosha July 26, 1930. She attended St. Mark's Elementary School, and Kenosha High School. She married Joseph Palmer (Pawloski) on Nov. 26, 1950, at St. Mark's Catholic Church. They had three children; Thomas (Susan) Palmer, Hartwell, Ga., John (Sarah) Palmer, Roanoke, Va., and Joan Palmer, Ormond Beach, Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe; her son, John; her parents, Paul and Alice Girman; stepmother, Lorene Girman and sisters, Jane Burgett Loss and Patricia Smith. She is survived by her son, Tom; daughter, Joan; grandson, Mark Palmer; brother, Mark (Earlene) Girman, and many nieces and nephews still in the Kenosha area. A memorial service is planned for early summer.
