Paul E. Lucas
Paul Edward Lucas, 21, of Export, died at his home Thursday, April 13, 2017, after a long battle with substance addiction disorder. He was born Aug. 28, 1995, in Suresnes, France. He is survived by his mother, Michele (Birk) Rubin, and her husband, Sam, of Export; and his father, Alain Lucas, and his fiancee, Hannah, of France; siblings, Aurelie Lucas (Farid), of France, Malka Rubin, of Export, and Eddie, Juha and Nina Lucas, all of France; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Birk, of Manor; paternal grandmother, Andree Malaroda; his girlfriend, Candace Corrao, of Irwin; a niece, Harmony; and nephew, Medhi; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Edward Kratovil; and paternal grandfather, Aldo Malaroda. Paul worked as a cook at the Penn Murry and was previously a member of the Boy Scouts, Jeannette Rec and High School Soccer. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and PSG French Soccer Team. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette, Pa. A service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, with Father Paul Lisik officiating. Interment will follow at Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
