Patrick Topper was born on August 8, 1961, to William L. and Frances H. Topper in Fowler, CA. He passed away on October 4, 2016, at the age of 55, during his second bout with cancer. Patrick worked in different areas during his short lifetime. His last employment was as a welder. He was an artist. He would have loved working in the pits. Patrick enjoyed the outdoors and living in the mountainous area of Oakhurst, CA. He kept his yard, wherever he lived, in near perfect condition. Patrick had a compassionate heart and gave monies to several charities, especially to Alzheimers and Cancer Societies, hoping for a cure. He was an organ donor, donating his corneas to two people so they could see the beauty of the world he enjoyed so much. He was preceded in death by his father, William Lee Topper, in May of 2007. He is survived by his four daughters, Debbie Abbott and husband Brian, Lisa Fisher, Nancy Wendell and husband Glenn, Kristin Brown and husband Julian; eight grandchildren; his mother Frances; sister, Leslie and husband Elmer; brothers, Clif and wife Linda, Joe and wife Rhonda, and Casey and fiancee Carol; many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.
