In memory of
Patricia Anne Langdon We will miss Patricia Anne Langdon who passed away at home in the company of her faithful cat Jade on 1-10-17. She was the third daughter of Lael Maureen Keith Langdon and Virgil David Langdon born 2-16-1945 in Tacoma, Washington. Patti's passion was playing music, she learned piano herself and played by ear until as an adult, she began lessons and found it a great hobby and stress reliever. She was never far from her cherished piano. Patti is survived by many friends and family including her sisters Carole M. Keilman and Linda L. Schulz, son Todd Smith, grandsons Tommy and Tyler Smith and 26 nieces and and nephews. After retiring from Tacoma News Tribune, Patti became a Caregiver, quickly turned her patients into friends. She brought them all gentleness and friendship. Patricia and her father served the Tacoma News Tribune a combined 89 years! Virgil first at 50 years from copy boy to display advertising manager at retirement and Patti wore many hats in her 39 years, the most recently as obituary writer. I hope she would approve this one. No service planned and please send prayers in place of flowers. Goodbye for now to our Dear Patricia Anne.
