Patricia J. Koch
Patricia J "Pat" Koch, 81, of Easton, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 15th, at Weston Senior Living Center at Sullivan Trail , Easton, PA. Pat was born in Balitmore, MD on September 13, 1935, a daughter of the late Milton Hipsley, Sr. and Helene (Skabisky) Hipsley. She was the wife of James F. Koch Sr.. They celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary this past November. She was a Graduate of Seton High school Baltimore MD. Pat was employed as an accountant at Johanna Farms Dairy in Flemmington, NJ, until retiring in 2001. After retirement she volunteered and later was employed at Saint Francis Retreat House in Easton, PA. She was involved in the CSMC - Catholic Student Misson Crusader, and a volunteer at Weston Senior Living Center at Sullivan Trail. She was a member of St. Rocco's Catholic Church in Martins Creek, PA, where she was a member of the Rosary and Altar Society and volunteered at the annual church festival. In addition to her husband, James, Pat is survived by two daughters, Mary K. Vincek, wife of Tom, of Wilmington, NC, Theresa Miller, wife of Scot, of Budd Lake, NJ; three sons, James F. Koch Jr, of Hellertown, PA, Thomas J. Koch, husband of Tran, of Califon, NJ, Joseph M. Koch, husband of Laura, of Cedar Knolls, NJ; two sisters, Anne Marie Pugh, of Timonium, MD, and Carol Bolesta, of Westminster,MD; a brother-in-law, Willis Drummond, of Eldersburg, MD, 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by a sister Charlotte Drummond; 2 brothers, Michael Hipsley and Father Milton Hipsley Jr., and 2 Brother in-law Francis X. Pugh and Joseph R. Bolesta A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rocco's Roman Catholic Church, 6658 School Street, Martins Creek, PA, at10:30 AMonMonday, February 20th, with Rev.
