Patricia Brooks Greetham September 8, 1933 December 25, 2016 Following joyful Christmas celebrations throughout December with many loved ones, Pat celebrated the last half hour of Christmas Day in Heaven. Patricia Ann was born to Jim and Melva Brooks on September 8, 1933 in Seattle. Her father spent his career at 20th Century Fox in downtown Seattle and moved their family to Issaquah in 1944 to be near his parents. They lived in Issaquah Village Theater, which her father owned from 1944-1946, before moving to Lake Sammamish. Pat was 1951 Issaquah High School Valedictorian and went on to graduate from Washington State College (now WSU) as a very loyal Coug! Pat married Don on January 29, 1960 at her parents' home on Lake Sammamish. They moved to their Lakebay waterfront home in 1962, where she became very active in the community. Pat cherished her husband, children Tom (Carol) of Gig Harbor, Jim (Cindy) of Lakebay, Dave (Maya) of Silverdale, Mark (Beth) of Longbranch, Janette (Mark) of Issaquah, grandchildren Trevor, Brendan, and Ann, beloved siblings Jim Brooks and Joan Marker along with their families, and all Brooks (many internationally) and Greetham relatives. Pat's calm, steady demeanor and apt wisdom were appreciated, as well as her sense of humor! She was like a mother or aunt to many. Pat cultivated countless relationships, and was loved by all who knew her. Thanks to Key Peninsula Medical Clinic and CostLess Pharmacy for many years of special attention, St. Anthony Hospital, and especially her nurse nieces Priscilla and Evy who lovingly fulfilled Pat's wish to be home for Christmas. Pat loved the Lord and centered many of her activities on Christian fellowship and service. Pat's life will be celebrated at Chapel Hill Gig Harbor at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 18.
