DAHLBERG PAMELA Age 63, formerly of Howell, MI Pamala Woods-Dahlberg passed away peacefully following a sudden illness at the University of Michigan Hospital on Sunday, October 16, 2016 surrounded by family. Pam was born on October 7, 1953 in Detroit to Howard and Marion Woods of Inkster, MI, and graduated from Cherry Hill High School in Inkster in 1971. Pam is survived by her two children, Vincent (Susan) Dahlberg of Fowlerville and Michelle (Matt) Smith of Brighton; her three grandchildren Colton Dahlberg, Sydney Smith, and Brendan Smith; and her siblings, Paula (Danny) Lorenz of Traverse City, Susan Liberty of Mt. Morris, Maxine Seward of Northville, Michael Woods of Highland, and Patricia LaPradd of Highland. Also at her side during her passing was Pam's ex-husband, Robert Dahlberg. Pam was a devoted mother and grandmother, and excelled at customer service at her work….always a customer favorite with her genuine concern and love of all people. Pam was very proud of her "extended" family as well, known for consistently bringing in her children's friends into her household and treating them as her own. She was also proud of opening her heart and home to a variety of pets throughout her life. Pam was an avid and accomplished billiards player, and was an active member of the American Poolplayers Association. Pam's viewing will be at Keehn Funeral Home in Brighton, MI, from 2:30 - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 with a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Christopher Thoma from Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church.
