Pinque, Palmino Palmino Pinque, 82, of Buchanan, NY passed away with his family by his side on Saturday, October 15, 2016. Palmino was born to Erminio and Paolina (DiCienzo) Pinque on June 12, 1934 in Introdacqua, Italy. Palmino came to America as a young man and lived in Napanoch, NY. He was a member of Local 17 Laborers' Union, worked in construction in the Orange and Ulster County areas and helped his wife Maria maintain a beautiful and productive garden in the backyard of their home in Buchanan, NY. Palmino was a member of the St Christopher Church congregation and the Buchanan Senior Citizen's club where he enjoyed travel adventures with his friends and neighbors. He liked hunting and being outdoors. He is survived by his beloved wife Maria (Ventresca) Pinque, his cherished children Erminio, Marco (Maggie), and Mario (Tina) Pinque, adored grandchildren Peter, Isabella, Juliette, and Spencer, and by many nieces and nephews in NY, MA, NJ, TX, Canada and Italy. Palmino was predeceased by his brothers Elermo and Dulentino. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 2-4pm and 7-9PM at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, NY 10548. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 10AM, St. Christopher's Church, Buchanan, NY with burial to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Verplanck, NY.
