Sept. 3, 1970 - April 21, 2017 On Friday April 21, 2017, the Lord sent his angels to accompany Ollie "Bo" Todd on his journey home. On September 3, 1970 in Mobile, Alabama, he was born to the union of Mr. Ollie B. Todd, II and the late Mrs. Carolyn Dickinson Todd. At an early age, he confessed faith in Christ and was united into the fellowship of the Stewart Memorial CME Church and Greater Morning Star Baptist Church with his grandparents, Alma and George A. Dickinson, Sr. and Matlene and Walter Ware, who all preceded him in death. While attending these churches, he participated in the Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and other youth activities. Ollie was a 1988 graduate of Davidson High School in Mobile, Alabama. He also graduated from Alabama A&M University in Normal, Alabama. He was employed by the U. S. Forest Service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for more than 22 years. Bo was an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. His affiliations included Big Brother Organization mentor, community computer skills teacher, and back-to-school drives. These services were rendered in Asheville, NC and Milwaukee, WI. He was also a member of Fraternal Order of Prince Hall Free Masons. Bo leaves to cherish his precious memories loving and devoted parents, Ollie and Sharon Todd; six aunts, Angela (Aubrey) Williams, Margaret Dickinson, Joyce Todd and Letha ( Tommy) Rodgers, Dorothy T. Lloyd and Olivette Todd; two uncles, Herman Dickinson, Gary Todd; cousins, one devoted, Dr. Phyllis D. Jones, and the Dickinson, White, Williams, and Todd Families; a very devoted friend and caregiver, John "JB" Baker; a very devoted and special brotherhood, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and Fraternal Order of Prince Hall. His remains will lie in state 1-8pm Friday, April 21, 2017 at Small's Mortuary, Mobile. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 10am until the 12pm funeral hour at Greater Morning Star MB Church, 401 Donald Street, Mobile, AL.
