Nancy Lee Quinn
Nancy Lee Quinn 61 of Springfield passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2017. Nancy was born in Scotia Ca. On October 11, 1955 to Alberta and Robert Quinn. Nancy was raised in the foothills of Mt. Rainier and always considered it home,no matter where she lived. She spent her youth fighting fires in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest and surrounding areas. When she decided to become a grown-up, she took a position as a police dispatcher for the Eugene Police Department; it was a career that lasted 26 years. Nancy was survived by her sisters, Rhonda Stults and Mari Flory; niece Sarah Jahn, nephew Tyson Quinn and niece Megan Flory; grand-nephews Sam and Ben Jahn, Michael and Jeremiah Quinn. She is also survived by a multitude of friends, many of whom are considered family. Nancy believed in kindness and doing the right thing above all things. Everyone that met Nancy was touched by her honesty, sincerity, compassion and wit. A memorial service will be held on January 21st at 12:00 pm at the Richland Valley Church of the Brethren 118 Swofford Road, Mossyrock Washington. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
