Myrna Marion (Fuller) Kelley
Myrna Marion Kelley 1931 - 2016 PITTSTON - Myrna Marion (Fuller) Kelley, 85, passed away Friday Oct. 14, 2016, at her home, of natural causes. Myrna was born March 13, 1931, in Boston Mass. She was the youngest of the seven children of Emily Hall and Charles Byron Fuller of Pittston. Her family moved to Pittston when she was two years old, where she lived the rest of her life. Myrna graduated from Gardiner High School in 1948. She attended business school, learning secretarial skills. She was married in 1949 to Guy Norman Kelley of Pittston and became a homemaker. She worked for Gardiner General Hospital in food service for a few years in the 1970s, which she enjoyed. But her favorite job was childcare, taking care of her grandchildren and friends children after her own kids grew up. She loved flower gardening and crafts, and was accomplished at rug braiding and knitting. She loved books and playing Scrabble, and taught all of her kids to play. She enjoyed auctions and yard sales and occasionally set up a table at the Montsweag flea market. Myrna also loved playing the piano and singalongs with her family. Myrna was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, brothers Byron, Lloyd, Horace and Russell Fuller, sisters Doris Mansir and Hazel Seeds; and nephews Kenneth Mansir, Robert Fuller and Ronnie Seeds. Myrna is survived by her husband Norman; and their children Guy Kelley and his wife Vicki of Pittston, Carol McEnaney and her husband John of Saco, Arlene Kelley and husband Daniel Baird of Pittston, and Dana Kelley of Pittston and his girlfriend Alyssa Wingate of Augusta. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Maegan Dotter and her husband Aaron of Augusta, Nathan Hahn of Pittston, Peter Kelley and his partner Jess Treuhaft and great-granddaughter Ana of Whitefield, Brian McEnaney of Portland, Travis Kelley of Pittston, Katherine Knowles of Oberlin, Ohio, Ariana and Henry Baird of Pittston, Lacey Schumacher and her husband Steve and their children, Clark and Quinn of Appleton, Wis. Extended family include her dear friends Carol Moulton and Ethel Mayo, both of Pittston and Daniel and Ann Tarr and their children Mallory and Sam and his wife Kate and baby Madison, all of Pittston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. There will be a graveside service for family members and a celebration of life at the home of Guy and Vicki Kelley, 23 Smithtown Road in Pittston, Saturday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Gardiner Public Library may be made in Myrna's name
