Michael L. Turini, 64 Clinton - Michael L. Turini, 64, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester following a brief illness. He is survived by his children, Kara Turini & her companion Brian Napolitano, of Lancaster; Michael Turini & wife Wanda of Cranford, NJ; siblings, Robert Turini & wife Julie; Thomas Turini; and Joseph Turini, all of Clinton. He leaves his grandchildren, Evan, Abigail, Jonathan, and Declan MacKillop, and Milagros Turini; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He is pre-deceased by his brother James Turini. Michael was born in Clinton to the late Louis & Lois (Johnson) Turini. He attended local schools and graduated from the Clinton High School, Class of 1969. Throughout his lifetime he worked together with his family as an owner and cook in their business at Lou's Diner in Clinton, where he entertained patrons for many years with his quick wit. Mike was a motorcycle enthusiast who also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He took pleasure in time spent with his grandchildren and will be dearly missed by his family. Funeral services are to be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton. Burial will follow in Reservoir Pines Cemetery, Clinton. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home from 5 until 8PM on Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
