TELL CITY – Mary Ann (Etienne) Blandford, 78, of Tell City, died April 14, 2017, at her residence. She was a graduate of Cannelton High School and was employed by the school system for a number of years before accepting a position with Harding, Shymanski & Company, Certified Public Accountants, from which she retired in 2002 after 27 years. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Helen (Jacobs) Etienne, her husband, William E. (Bill); one son, J. Todd Blandford; two sisters, Rose McBrayer and Betty Jane Voges; a brother, Dr. Joseph Etienne; and one great-grandchild, Bria Newton. Surviving are two daughters, Cindy (Kent) LaGrange and Lori (Mike) Schroeder, both of Tell City; two sons, Danny (Beverly) Blandford of Central City, Ky. and Craig (Roxanna) Blandford of Indianapolis; a sister, Bonnie Reed of Fredonia, Ky.; eight grandchildren, Brandy Newton, Angela Foury, Danny, Jerome, Sean, Jacob, and Julia Blandford, and Taylor LaGrange. There will be no visitation at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home in Tell City. A private memorial service with burial in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery will be held at a later date.
