Loving father of Martin J. O'Brien Jr. (Ret. BFD) & wife Lila Mellen, Roy O'Brien & wife Cheryl, James O'Brien, Thomas O'Brien, Daniel O'Brien & wife Joan, Catherine O'Brien & husband Robert Clough, Pauline O'Brien, Ann Marie Kelly & husband Kevin, Michelle Rynne & husband John & Paul O'Brien. Loving Papa to 29 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild. Brother of Ann Stygles & the late Vincent, Edward, Thomas O'Brien, Catherine Graham & Mary Lee. Brother-in-law of Chet Zwonik. Also many nieces & nephews especially Geraldine Pondelli, Janice Pope, Ann & Russell McGibbons. Relatives & friends are invited to attend Marty's Funeral on Monday at 9 AM. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St., CHARLESTOWN followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church at 10 AM. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Visiting hours Sunday 3 - 8 PM. in the funeral home. Late U.S. Navy Vet. of WW II.
