Martin De Leon
De Leon, Martin 91, retired Boeing welder, entered into this world on December 12, 1925, in De Graff, Kansas. He passed away on February 10, 2017, at his home in Wichita. Martin was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca (Sanchez) De Leon; parents, Atenogenes and Gregoria De Leon; sisters, Frances De Leon, Dominga Macias and Pauline Moreno; brothers, Ignacio and Joe. Survivors include his brothers, Tony and Angelo. Martin was a WWII Army veteran, having served in Europe. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, February 14 at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Rosary will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 15 with Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m., both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Share tributes online at www.dlwichita.com
