MARJORIE MAXINE (AUER) FREMION
MARJORIE MAXINE (AUER) FREMION, 93 of Franklin, Ind., died Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017, at Johnson Memorial Health, Franklin. Born Dec. 12, 1923, in Coesse, she was a daughter of Harmon and Helen (Creager) Auer. She married Clarence George Fremion on April 8, 1943; he preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 2010. She lived in Fort Wayne and then later in LaGrange, and was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne. After retiring from Sears, she became a housewife. She is survived by two daughters, Mary (Charles) Backofen of Morgantown and Jean (Gary Litke) Fremion of LaGrange; one son, Richard (Ann) Fremion of LaGrange; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister. Funeral service is 1:30 p.m. Friday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 202 W. Rudisill Blvd., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Pastor David Petersen officiating. Burial in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the church.
