Margo Adams passed away peacefully on December 26, 2016. She had been living with her son Paul Teas (Tres) the past several months near Austin. Margo was born June 22, 1921 to Tom and Helen Burchell in Breckenridge, Texas. They lived a few years near Guanajuato, Mexico before moving to El Paso. She was a graduate of Radford School for Girts and later received a B.A. degree from the Texas College of Mines. She was married to Paul C. Teas, Jr. which gave her two sons, Paul C. Teas, Ill and John L. Teas. That marriage dissolved after many years and Margo returned to her roots in El Paso to raise her boys. She later met and married W.A. (Bill) Adams and combined the two families. Bill and Margo traveled extensively all over the Unites States, were both very active socially, and were leaders in the El Paso Rotary Club. After Bill's untimely death Margo still continued to travel only on these trips she was often accompanied by her sisters Ann Higgins and Duffy Porter or various grandchildren. Margo is survived by her two sisters, Ann Higgins and Duffy Porter, two sons, Paul C. Teas, Ill (Tres) and John L. Teas, two step daughters, Peggy Mcinturff and Barbara Hutson, nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at St. Francis Cathedral on Eagle Drive, Saturday January 14th at 11:00 A.M.
