Luis Otilio Ramos of Agudailla, Puerto Rico passed on October 16, 2016 after a long illness. He was born on December 8, 1945 in San Sebastian Puerto Rico, and lived in Aurora Illinois until his retirement from Sealmaster Bearings in 2006, after 35 years of service. He served in the United States Army with distinction from 1966 until 1972, including a tour of duty in VietNam. He is survived by his loving wife, Gregoria Cubero-Ramos, two sons: Luis Otilio Ramos Jr., (Sabrina); Orlando Ramos (Yolanda); his brothers and sisters: Ferdinand Ramos (Miriam); Norberto Ramos (Elena); Alba Santiago; Ramona Carde (Juan); Herminio Ramos (Gladys); Joseph Ramos (Gail); Gladys Zamarripa (Edward); and Gerardo Ramos (Ana). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otilio Ramos and Monserrate Ramos, as well as an infant sister. He was a member of the Puerto Rican Fraternal Order, (Aurora IL) and Los Authenticos 4x4 Off Road Jeep Club (Aguadilla, Puerto Rico). A memorial service will be held at Funeraria Hernandez-Rivera, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on October 18, 2016, and will be laid to rest with military honors on October 19, 2016 at Atlantic Garden Veteran's Cemetery, Aguadilla Puerto Rico. He will be greatly missed by everyone who was honored to have know him.
