Kyle LaVor Forbush
Monroe, Utah Kyle LaVor Forbush, 88, passed away peacefully in his daughter's home in South Jordan, surrounded by family on October 16, 2016. He was born on April 12, 1928 in Monroe to Guy LaVor and Lavon Marble Forbush. He married Barbara Jean Nelson on July 26, 1955 in the Manti Temple. She preceded him in death in June 1996. Survived by children: Rodney (Tina) Forbush, Gina (Greg) Powell; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sisters: Marjorie Burr and Carol (Dean) Lowe. Our family would like extend a heartfelt thanks to Intermountain Homecare and Hospice, especially Suzie, Bonnie, Shontay and Juanita. Your loving concern and care for Papa will always be remembered and appreciated. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Monroe Stake Center, 140 S Main, where friends may call from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment will be in the Monroe City Cemetery with military rites by the Monroe American Legion Post #31 and Utah Honor Guard.
