Krayton Whyte Michaelson was born on July 5, 2012, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Travis and MiKelle Michaelson. He lived in Pocatello for the first two years of his life. On June 19, 2014, Krayton was blessed with another father, Robert Doyle Barney. At this time in his life, he moved with his mother to Rexburg, Idaho, where he lived the remainder of his precious years. Krayton had a zest for life and always a cute, mischievous look on his face. He brought joy and happiness to everyone he met. That was an essential part of his mission in this life, and he fulfilled it perfectly. Krayton was blessed with four older siblings who absolutely adored him. Krayton loved camping, riding dirtbikes, playing in the yard, going to the park, eating pizza and macaroni cheese, playing with trucks and Hot Wheels, playing with his uncles along with the rest of his family and spending time with his grandparents. Krayton loved to spend time with his Travis Dad and had a very special bond with him. He also loved to pal around the yard and go for rides with Bobby dad in his truck. There also was never a day that Krayton didn't run to his mom to give her a big hug. Krayton was called back home Sunday, April 16, 2017, to his Heavenly Father. He is a special boy with a very special mission in Heaven. His zest and love for life will forever be burned into the hearts of all those who knew him. He is survived by his parents, MiKelle and Robert Barney, of Rexburg, and Travis Michaelson, of Rigby; siblings, Carter Barney, Maycee Michaelson, Jaidyn Michaelson and Jarek Michaelson, all of Rexburg; grandparents, Chad and Dianne Whyte, of Pocatello; Lyle and Donna Michaelson, of Ray, North Dakota; and Doyle and Terrie Barney of Rexburg; great-grandparents Ramona Anderson, of Idaho Falls, and Theron and Jean McGarry, of Rexburg.
