Kenneth Anthony Wilson, 52, of Boonville passed away unexpectedly at University of Missouri Hospital on March 11, 2017. Visitation for Kenneth will be 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, March 17 at Davis Funeral Chapel with funeral services following the visitation at noon. Kenneth Anthony Wilson was born March 5, 1965 in Pittsburg, Kans. He loved to travel and went somewhere different every year with his friend Noah. He loved sports, especially the MU Tigers football and basketball teams and the St. Louis Cardinals. Kenneth was well known in the restaurant business as he worked for the Bobber and Isle of Capri. He worked at Route B Café until this last June. Most of all he loved his family. Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Wilson and uncle, Danny Wilson. He is survived by his longtime special friends, Noah Matheny and David Hurt. His siblings, James Sluder of Neck City, Mo., Donnie Sluder of Webb City and Missy Chase of Pittsburg, Kans. Also surviving are his aunts, Pam Wilson, Joyce Dungun and Betty Dungun of Boonville, Mo. and uncles, Lee Wilson of Weir, Kans., and Pat Wilson of Pittsburg, Kans. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be directed to Davis Funeral Chapel.
