In memory of
Kenneth Konrad of Loveland, CO passed away peacefully on Friday, September 16, 2016. He was born in Denver, CO on March 2, 1931 to Otto Jr. and Grace (Berkey) Konrad. He is survived by his wife Barbara of 61 years (on September 1st), his children Shelly Walter and Sherry Lundy, and three grandchildren, Konrad Barker, and Kyle and Madison West, all of Fort Collins. Ken was honorably discharged in 1953 from the US Navy. Prior to this he served in the Naval Reserve and the Air National Guard. Even as a child, he was a "Highlander Boy". Upon completion of his military service, he became a Journeyman Boilermaker. The family moved to Loveland from Denver in 1978 where he established Western Welding and served the community for almost 40 years. He faithfully served his local Seventh-day Adventist Churches wherever he lived and had an amazing love for the Lord and his family. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the Campion Seventh-day Adventist Church. Friends may leave condolences for the family at www.kibbeyfishburn.com
