Dr. Kenith Wade Ivey
June 25, 1954-Jan. 8, 2017 Dr. Kenith Wade Ivey, a native of Columbia, SC and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the age of 62. Dr. Ivey was the current pastor of Inspire Church in Hurley, MS. He received numerous degrees from numerous universities including but not limited to, a BA from the University of Mobile, MA from Baylor University and PhD from Trinity University in London, England. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenith Eugene Ivey and Beuna Katherine Coker Ivey, and mother-in-law, Fujiko Matsubara Wallace. His survivors include his wife, Francine Wallace Ivey; two daughters, Reagan Ashley Ivey and Peyton Elizabeth Ivey; his son, Gracen Israel Ivey; one brother, Daniel Dewitt (Susan) Ivey; father-in-law, Robert "Bob" Wallace; other relatives and friends. Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Nathan Caparolie, will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 12:00 Noon from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening, January 13, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at .
