Julianne M. Lavoie
HOOKSETT - Julianne M. (Martin) Lavioe, 79, of Hooksett, and formerly of Nashua, died Saturday, April 8, 2017, at The Heart of Florida Medical Regional Center in Davenport, Fla., following a short illness. She was born March 2, 1938, in Nashua, daughter of the late Roger Henry and Lorette (Boilard) Martin. Mrs. Lavoie was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Robert Paul Lavoie of Hooksett. Julianne was also predeceased by her sister, Lucille Martin, in 1964. Mrs. Lavoie enjoyed spending winters in Davenport, Fla., and summering in Hooksett. She enjoyed knitting and spent time making beautiful items for family and friends, along with donations to hospitals for newborns. She enjoyed doing word puzzles and stamping, making her own creative greeting cards. Julianne worked for Southern NH Regional Medical Center as a medical coder and continued to work during her retirement years. She enjoyed spending time with her friends while in Florida and watching her grandchildren grow over the years in New Hampshire. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Roland and Angela Lavoie of Brunswick, Ga.; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Ann-Marie and David Ralph of Merrimack, Suzanne Avard of Manchester and Janine and Michael McCoy of Hooksett; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Paul Martin, Richard Martin, Leonard and Deanna Martin and John and Janet Martin; three sisters and three sons-in-law, Diane and Bruce Camidge, Jeanne-Marie and Frank Szerlog and Louise and John Lynch; six grandchildren, Nicholas Ralph from Texas, Jacob Ralph of Merrimack, Matt Lavoie of California, Emily Lavoie of Manchester, and Chantal Avard and Valerie Avard of Manchester; a great-grandson, Keegan Ralph of Merrimack; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. . SERVICES: Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, April 17, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry St., Hudson. A Funeral Service will be celebrated the following morning, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Funeral Home. Public may arrive beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will take place following the service in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua, N.H.
