Ventura, Joseph James Irondequoit: January 11, 2017. Predeceased by his beloved daughters, Kathleen & Eileen & Four siblings. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Diana Muscolino Ventura; children, Karen (Mike) Frazier, Christina (Paul) Knoblauch, Joe (Donna) Ventura; grandchildren, Jeffrey & Gabby Goff, Nina, Joe & Olivia Ventura, Michael Joseph Frazier; brother, Anthony (Yvonne) Ventura; brother-in-law, Chuck (Joan) Muscolino, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends, including Paul Luezzi, Joe DiNoto and Sam Cucchiara. Joe retired from Xerox where he was honored to be a member of the Quality Management Team that was presented the first Malcom Baldridge Award for Quality, by President George H. Bush. His love of art began as a child and lasted throughout his life. He celebrated "his Last Hurrah" in a solo art exhibit this past November. His sense of humor, endless knowledge and most of all his loving heart will be missed by all who knew him. This true Renaissance man will be missed by his family and the community at large. A Mass celebrating his life will be held Saturday, January 14 at 9:00AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Pk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Golisano's Children's Hospital in Joseph's memory.
