Jessy was a generous volunteer dedicated to helping others, from childhood onward. She lived beyond herself, even when facing health challenges of her own. Jessy loved animals and was involved with animal rescue agencies in Alaska and Texas. She and Matthew fostered and adopted several pets along the way. She trained a Certified Service Animal and had plans to foster and train more.
