Polly Jeanette Dukes Frazier, age 73, died Friday, January 13, 2017 at her residence in Hamilton. She was born August 29, 1943 to Emmitt M. Dukes and Ader Green Dukes in Sturgis, MS. She lived in Sturgis before moving to Aberdeen in 1960. She was a graduate of Aberdeen High School. She met Billy A Frazier and they married May 16, 1964. She retired after thirty years as store manager for McDuffie's Drug Pharmacy and then opened a successful Antique Restoration Shop in Aberdeen where she worked for ten years before retiring in 2015. She was a member of Hamilton Methodist Church. Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday January 15, 2017 in the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Chapel in Aberdeen with Rev. Roger McGrew officiating. Burial will be in Center Hill Cemetery. Survivors include one daughter, Jeanessa Frazier of Hamilton, MS and one grandchild, Victoria Haines of Hamilton, MS; one sister, Ann Watson of Aberdeen, MS; and one brother Frankie Dukes of Hamilton, MS Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy A. Frazier; Baby Daughter Frazier; two sisters, Elizabeth Richardson and Nell Cooper; four brothers, Jack Dukes, Ernest Dukes, Walter Dukes, and Emmitt Dukes, Jr. Pallbearers are Tony Watson, Mike Watson, Jeff Fair, Adam Harmon, Steve Harmon, and Chris Bell. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 p. m., Saturday, January 14, and from 1:00 until service time, Sunday, January 15 at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
