In memory of
It is with deep sadness that we share with you the passing our beloved husband, father and grandfather on January 1, 2017, at Virginia Mason Hospital. After graduation from Ballard high school Jim enlisted in the Army where he served six years. He then worked in the dairy industry until retirement. Jim had many interests. His family came first. He was a gourmet cook, gardener, boater, fisherman, antique car enthusiast, world traveler, volunteer an avid Seahawk and Mariner fan and a respected friend to many. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor with quips only Jim could make. He was an active past member of Edmonds Yacht Club and Camano Island Yacht Club. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Lucille Pedersen. He is survived by Karen, his wife of 55 years, son, Craig (Kari), daughter, Janine (Curt) and six grandchildren. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your charity of choice.
