James William Dauphinee, 68, Weston, Florida passed away on October 17, 2016 after a short battle with cancer. Born August 7,1948 in Rochester New York, an only child, to Stanley (Sonny) and Carolyn Dauphinee, both deceased. Jim grew up in Rochester and he and his family lived in New York City, Scarsdale New York and Weston, Florida. He earned a BS degree from St. John Fisher and a MS from Syracuse University. He married Inga Brown on December 7, 1985 in Maui, Hawaii and they became parents to twins (Ryan and Lauren) born in 1991. He was the consummate Television Programming executive producing and developing programs for CBS/Eyemark, Post-Newsweek Stations, Multimedia, King World and Brandstar over his long professional career. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Inga, a daughter from a previous marriage Kristen Lynn (38), a son, Ryan James (25) and his twin sister Lauren Marie (25), as well as numerous cousins in Rochester, New York. Mass of Christian Burial is Thursday, October 20, 2016, 12:30 PM at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial donations be made to either The Humane Society of the U.S.A. 1255 23rd Street NW, Suite 450, Washington, D.C. or The Kevin O'Connell Scholarship Fund at St. Bonaventure Church 1301 SW 136 Street Davie, Florida.
