Jacob Todd Clark ("Jake"), 21, died as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident, on January 6, 2017.Jake was born in Springfield on June 5, 1995, the son of Todd and Lisa (Coache) Clark and was a Southwick resident since 2000; having previously lived in Agawam. He was a graduate of Southwick-Tolland Regional High School and received his Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Holyoke Community College. Presently, Jake was employed by St. Anne Country Club, Feeding Hills, where he had worked for the past three and one-half years.Jake was a passionate skateboarder, who also enjoyed both golfing and fishing with his dad. He was a very talented artist, who loved to draw. Jake's life was taken from him far too soon, and he had so much more to give. But the short life that Jake had here on earth made an impression on all of those he came to know.In addition to his parents, Jake leaves his sister, Sarah Clark of Southwick and her boyfriend Darius Bahrami, of Toronto, Canada; paternal grandmother, Jean Stockmal and her husband Zygmund, of Ware; paternal grandfather, Charles Clark and his wife Maxine, of Chicopee; two uncles, David Clark of Palmer, and Michael Manning and his wife Renee, of Kansas; two aunts, Pamela Paquette and her husband Paul, of Goshen, MA, and Diana Holloway of Indiana. Jake was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Frederic and Jean Coache; two uncles, Mark Coache and Gary Coache, and one aunt, Laurie Coache. Jake also leaves his beloved pets, his puppy Rocco and his cat Milkshakes. Jake was a loving son and brother, a kind and compassionate soul, who was true to himself and others. In addition to his family, he leaves his good friends and fellow passionate skateboarders, including his best friend Dylan, Bruno, Jack, Jordan, Viktor, Fetis, Brycen, and Matt.A Memorial service for family and friends will take place in his home on Sunday, January 15th, from 3 to 7 p.m., 15 Patriots Way, Southwick.
