Henry A. Turner was born August 6, 1932, in Waukegan, IL, to Mr. Clarence Turner and Ms. Sarah Roman. Henry served his country in the Army and serving a tour during the Korean War. Mr. Turner enjoyed a 30 year career from 1952 to 1982 with American Motors as a production crewman. On June 5, 1956 he united in marriage to Zenobia Heath Turner. Henry was a fun loving person; always willing to share laugher and his take on words of wisdom. Mr. Turner was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Turner and Sarah Reid-Long; and son Paris A. Turner. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Zenobia Heath Turner of Birmingham, AL; sister Shirley Reid Cobb (Leroy) of North Chicago; two sons: Farris A Turner (Mary) of Waukegan; Johnny Boone of Waukegan; two daughters: Giannamaria Turner-Arline of Birmingham, AL, Gloria Turner-Walton (Gary) of Everett, Washington and daughter -in - law Patricia Turner of Holland. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends including a longtime friend Van¿ A Celebration of His Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 15, 2016, at the Bradshaw & Range Funeral Home, 2513 W.
