Grace M. Frohnheiser Grace M. Frohnheiser, 87, formerly of Palmerton, died Sunday evening, Oct. 16, in Lykens, Dauphin County. She was the widow of William J. Frohnheiser, who died in 1986. She was a seamstress for various garment factories in the Palmerton areas, including the former Blue Ridge Sportswear and the former Lars Mills, retiring in 1986. Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Mabel (Berger) Dorshimer. She was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. and a life member of the Bowmanstown Rod and Gun Club. Surviving are two daughters, Sharon L., wife of Robert Hosier, with whom she resided, and Janet Smith of Palmerton; two brothers, Sterling, and his wife, Judy, of Philadelphia, and Dennis, and his wife, Geraldine, of Palmerton; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Leon Shupp, who died in 1986; and a grandson Jeremy, who died in 2004. Service: Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, with the Rev. Anthony P. Pagotto officiating. Interment, Dinkey Memorial Cemetery, Ashfield.
