She is survived by her brother, Bob, three children, Anne, John, and Jim, and three grandchildren, Thomas, Amy, and Andrew. Gloria graduated from South Pasadena High School. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from Whittier College and Pepperdine University, respectively. Gloria served her calling as an early childhood educator within the Alhambra Schools District for more than four decades. Gloria enjoyed volunteer work and support of the arts in Southern California. She served as a docent at the Huntington Library and as a volunteer at Pasadenas Gamble House. She was active in the San Marino League, the Assistance League, Nine Oclock Players, National Charity League, and Epsilon Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society.
