Gerald G. Hale
TURNERS FALLS - Gerald G. Hale, 67, died unexpectedly on Saturday (3-11-17). Born on May 19, 1949 in Montague, he was the son of Earl and Genevieve (Skop) Hale and attended local schools. Gerald was a machinist at Greenfield Paper. He was a member of the St. Kazimierz Society who enjoyed working on cars and watching westerns on television. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Survivors include two daughters: Melaney Hale and Kimberly Hale, both of Greenfield and five grandchildren: Jasmine Martinez, Rasziel Alicia, Emillia Rodgriguez, Destiny Rodriguez and Zamarii Alicia. He also leaves five sisters: Carol Knightly, Beverly Bird, Linda Courtemanche, Judi Chamberlyn and Doris Roberts; his brother Chuck Hale and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters Sandra Manzer and Shirley Maher. At Gerald's request, all services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker Funeral Home, 14 High Street, Greenfield.
