ALLENSTOWN - Mrs. Georgette (Baron) Saucier, 92, a longtime resident of Allenstown, passed away Oct. 10, 2016, at Bedford Falls Assisted Living, with her family by her side. She was born in Allenstown, the daughter of the late Patrick and Eva (Desaulniers) Baron, on Sept. 26, 1924. She was a devoted Catholic and very involved with St. Therese Rosebush Society. Georgette was a worldwide traveler, making it to Hawaii seven times as well as Las Vegas to see Celine Dion. She worked in the mills during her younger years and spent over 20 years working for Sprague Electric. Her time with her family was her most enjoyable and she was known for saying ""We Have Fun."" Georgette was predeceased by her husband, Roger J. Saucier, in 1990. Mrs. Saucier is survived by her children, Monique Wormwood and her husband, David, of West Virginia, Denis Saucier and his wife, Joyce, of Penacook, Marc Saucier and his wife, Patti Bennett, of Littleton, Mass., and John Saucier and his wife, Kimberly, of Pembroke; and a sister, Angela Fortier of Tewksbury, Mass. She was Memere' to Jay Morse and his wife, Jodi, Heath Morse, Jayme Painter and her husband, Phil, Kim Saucier, Pat Saucier and his wife, Brittany, Renee, Tyra and Joseph Saucier, Kyle and Nick Ham; Great Memere' to Jamie, Dominic and Jacen; and Great-Great-Memere' to Zoey and Kadin. To the staff at Bedford Falls Assisted Living, there are no words to begin thanking you for all you did for our mother and for that we will be forever grateful. . SERVICES: Calling hours were on Oct. 13 at Petit Funeral Home, 167 Main St., in Pembroke. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m., St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Allenstown.
