George Clark Pence
George Clark Pence, age 72, of Mentor, passed away Friday, October 14, 2016 at Heartland of Mentor, Mentor, Ohio. He was born March 11, 1944 in Morehead, KY. Mr. Pence was a machinist of 40 + years. He was a Mentor Headlands resident for over 30 years. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and visiting the Amvets Post 40 where he was a member for over 20 years to have an occasional beer and hang with friends. Mr. Pence lived life to the fullest. His greatest love was to visit with his grandchildren and great grandson, Lukas he called "The Wild Man". He is survived by his son, Brian (Emma) Pence; daughter, Debi (Eric) Meyenberg; grandchildren, Angela, Miranda, Ian and Sydney; great grandchild, Lukas; brothers, Charles Donald, Ed and Roger Pence and sister, Ina Goodwin. Preceding him in death were his parents, Charles and Ada Pence; brother, Owen Pence and Sisters, Anna Jane Elder, and Betty Jean Pence.
