Frank A. Nagy
WALLINGFORD - Frank A Nagy, 75, died, Thursday, Aug. 26,2016, in Rhinebeck, N.Y. He was born Dec. 26,1940, in Meridan, Conn., the son of Frank and Mary(Gello) Nagy. He was raised in Wallingford, graduated Lemon Hall High School, Dodge City Junior College, and St. Mary of the Plains College in Dodge City, Kan. Frank worked for many years at Speed King Manufacturing in Dodge City, Kan., he later started Nagy Sales Inc. He married Patricia Casey, in Dodge City, Kan., Sept 23, 1961. Survivors include: his three daughters, Lisa Nagy, husband, David Brennan, of Destin, Fla., Gina Wilson, husband, Mike, of Dodge City, Kan., and Dana Whited, of Opelasus, La.; brother, Richard Nagy, wife, Kay, of Nickerson, Kan.; sister, Ann Marie Nagy, of Wallingford; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, Casey Nagy, son, Gunnar, Sierra Nagy, Cole Wilson, wife, Janel, daughter, Braylee, Kelsie Nauman, husband, Kyle, daughter, Laikynn, Mikeyla Shearer, husband, Brandon. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Troy in 2013; and a great-grandson, Reed Nagy. He had a passion for his family, boating and fishing in the ocean, golf and horse racing. A Celebration of Frank's Life will start at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Wallingford Elks Club, 148 S. Main St., in Wallingford. Cremation has taken place.
