Two brothers, Anthony and Joseph, preceded him in death. They would also like to acknowledge Dr. Wayne Weston and his staff for all his professionalism throughout the years. Family and friends are invited to attend Frank's Mass, which will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in Divine Mercy Parish, 312 Davis St., Scranton, by the Rev. Francis L. Pauselli, pastor.
