LONDONDERRY - Frank Louis Garofalo, 70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, with his son and daughter-in-law by his side, following a five-year battle with cancer. Born Oct. 9, 1946, in Lawrence, Mass., he was the son of the late Frank and Angelina ""Ann"" (Cocchiaro) Garofalo. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1964. He was a successful entrepreneur, dealing in rare and ancient coins, antiques, collectibles and fine art for over 50 years, and was a lifetime member of the American Numismatic Association. Hobbies included travel, concerts, and movies, and he was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He was predeceased by his wife of 41 years, Corrinne (Rossignol) Garofalo. He is survived by his son, Ross Garofalo, and wife Kirstin, of Derry; his fiancé, Sharon Parpart of Belmont; his sister, Sandra Lord, of Salem; his brother, Michael Garofalo, and wife Barbara of Norman, Okla.; as well as several nieces and nephews. . SERVICES: Family and friends may visit on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Peabody Funeral Home, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, N.H.
