Frank Paul Cerbin
Frank Cerbin passed away on January 6, 2017. Frank was born in Calument City, Illinois on July 29, 1924, to B. Robert and Nellie (Zmuda) Cerbin. He served his country as a Technician Fourth Grade, in the United States Army Medical Corps. He was stationed at the 117th General Hospital, in Bristol, England. He was a retired electrician from IBEW Local 131 just receiving his 65 year service award. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Rena, and his children Mary Anderson (Bill Knapper), and Paul (Jan) Cerbin; four grandchildren, Jason (Cristina), Kristine (Chris), Jeannette (Andy) and Lindsey (William); six great grandchildren; two sisters, Rose Carlisi, and Glory (Andrew) Gavrun; many nieces, nephews, and friends. A visitation will be held at the Life Story Funeral Home; 120 South Woodhams St. Plainwell on Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 followed by a Rosary at 6:30. A funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Margaret's Church in Otsego. Burial will be at Blessed Sacrament Cemetery in Allegan.
