Frank Anthony Alesi of Aventura, Florida died peacefully on January 7 with family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Peggy Alesi, and is survived by his brother John Alesi and his children, Alan Alesi, Carol Kovnot, and Robert Berse and his grandchildren, April Alesi, Isabel Alesi, Laine Kovnot, Darin Grossman, Eliza Berse, and Zachary Berse. Frank grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He was a World War II veteran and was awarded the purple heart along with other honorary medals. Frank moved to Miami in 1957 and became a successful general contractor and realtor for over 50 years. He was one of the founders of "Here's Help" and a member of the founding board of Nova University. He will be lovingly missed by all that knew him. Frank will be laid to rest at the "Long Island National Cemetery" Wednesday January 11, Sevices will be held at the cemetery.
