RACINE — Francis "Frank"Joseph Baker, Racine, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016, at his residence. He was born on Feb. 22, 1933, in Montreal, Quebec., Canada, to the late Frank and Mary Baker. He worked as a Field Superintendent for W.G. Jaques Company from 1977 until his retirement. He enjoyed living in Rockport, Texas, the past 20 years before coming to Ohio in 2015 to live with his daughter, Trish and her family, bragging about his grandchildren and showing off their pictures, was proud to have dual citizenship for Canada and the United States, enjoyed spending the weekends at the camp along the Ohio River, very proud of each of his children and their accomplishments, and enjoyed traveling the United States. He is preceded in death by, brothers, Charlie Baker, Jim Baker, Tom Baker, Ernie Baker; and sisters, Theresa Desbiens and Mary Sloan all of Canada. He is survived by his brother, Art Baker and sister-in-law Rosalind Baker, Canada; children, Glen Baker of Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Valerie Baker (Torge Runge) of Woodland Texas, Trish (Kenny) Rizer of Racine Ohio, Leigh Ann (Randy) Handley of Bremerton, Wash.; grandchildren, Colten Walters, Kendra Robie, Cole Rizer, Kori Robie, Patrick Runge, Liam and Lily Ann Handley; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
