Foster C. "Fuzzy" Renninger, 91, of Wescosville, formerly of Schnecksville, died Monday, February 13, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest. Born in South Whitehall Township, August 7, 1925, Foster was the son of the late Raymond R. and Mae A. (Adams) Renninger. He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II with a rank of Painter Second Class. Foster was employed as an automotive painter at Supreme Auto Body in South Whitehall Township and the former Union Chrysler/ Plymouth Garage in Allentown for a combined total of 50 years before retiring in 1990. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Allentown. A Melvin Jones Fellow recipient, Fuzzy was a member of the Upper Lehigh Lions Club, in Schnecksville, serving as President in 1982 - 1983. Survivors: Companion, Vivian L. (Ruddick) Edinger of Wescosville; son, Scott R. Renninger and his wife, Melody of Macungie; sister, Doris J. Bower of Allentown; grandchildren, Stephanie and Taylor Renninger. Services: Funeral services will be held 10:30 am. Saturday, February 18, 2017 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Joy H. Bagwell officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects from 9:30 - 10:30 am. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow the services at Grandview Cemetery, Allentown.
