Florence F. Landry of Fitchburg; 90 FITCHBURG -- Florence F. (LeBlanc) Landry, 90, a resident of Fitchburg since 1946, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, in the Holden Rehab & Nursing Center, after a long illness. She leaves four sons, Lawrence P. Landry and his wife, Debra of Gardner, MA, Warren A. Landry and his wife, Barbara of Ashby, MA, Michael L. Landry and his wife, Linda of Portland, OR and David E. Landry and wife, Cindy of Holden, MA; one daughter, Anne E. Clements and her husband, Paul of Gaffney, SC; one sister, Eva Adshade of St. John, New Brunswick, Canada; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Laurie LeBlanc and a sister, Eveline Melanson, both of Canada. She was a member of St. Bernard's Parish in Fitchburg. She was a 1944 graduate of Sacred Heart Academy in Canada. She was a member of the Tenants Planning Committee of the Fitchburg Green, where she lived for many years. She was born in Dorchester, New Brunswick, Canada, on August 1, 1926, a daughter of the late Pierre O., and Marguerite (Babineau) LeBlanc. LANDRY -- Florence's Funeral will be held on Saturday, Oct. 15, at Noon in the Smith-Mallahy-Masciarelli and Fitchburg Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Homes, 243 Water St., Fitchburg. Rev. Joseph Dolan, Pastor of St. Bernard's Parish @ St. Camillus Church will be the celebrant. Interment will take place at St. Bernard's Cemetery at a later date. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01707 or may be left at the funeral home.
